Caren is a champion for driving ATG’s culture of responsiveness and inclusion. Whether providing leadership to support the development of project teams and craftspeople, or volunteering in the community, she is passionate about helping people! Collaborating with internal and external partners, Caren is dedicated to influencing the employee experience, ensuring that people feel safe, informed, and connected no matter where the work takes them.
