Pat Clemons

Pat Clemons is a Project Executive at Mortenson, where he focuses on design-build project delivery for a variety of markets. He began his career in construction more than 30 years ago as a laborer, where he first began advocating for worker safety and championing the benefits of a positive jobsite culture. He’s also an active mentor and ally who makes time to coach and advocate for the next generation of leaders.
Pat has delivered major projects in several regions of the country with a wide variety of public and private stakeholders. Those diverse experiences have galvanized his belief in the principle that every individual matters and has something to contribute.
Pat is a proud father of three teenagers and outside of work enjoys spending time golfing, cooking, and gardening.
